The Agave Azul, is the one that gives origin to the Tequila. The agave tequilana Weber used as raw material for the elaboration of Tequila. It is found in five states of the Mexican Republic as Jalisco, Michoacán, Nayarit, Guanajuato and Tamaulipas.

 The production process of Tequila, lasts on average 8 years raw material used in the production of Tequila.

AGAVE HEART CUT

The cutting of the Heart of Blue Agave is extracted from mexican lands, to begin the process of its cooking.

INCOME, PROCESS OF COUNTING AND DEPARTURE OF AGAVE

The agave after being cut, is transported in electric bands and introduced inside the ovens, and after 15 hours we obtain the agave cooked, juicy and full of its natural sugars that are primordial for the elaboration of Tequila.
