RESERVE OF THE TROJE “MARGARITA

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce of Tequila Reserva de la Troje Reposado
  • 1 ounce fresh lemon juice.
  • 1 ounce of Triple Sec.
  • Ice.
    To decorate:
  • Coarse salt.
  • Lemon in slices.

Process: 

  1. Put ice in a shaker.
  2. Add the part of tequila that the recipe dictates inside the shaker.
  3. Add the measure of Triple Sec.
  4. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and stir the contents.
  5. Before serving, take a slice of lemon and moisten the edge of the margarita-type cocktail glass.
  6. Then immerse in a plate with salt so that it sticks in the glass.
  7. Serve the contents of the shaker, pour the ice and decorate the cocktail with a slice of lemon and ready.

Process:

WHITE GRAPEFRUIT

Ingredients:

  • 45 milliliters of Tequila Reserve of the Troje Withe.
  • 70 milliliters of natural grapefruit juice.
  • 70 milliliters of water.
  • 5 milliliters of natural syrup (optional depending on the sweetness of grapefruit juice).

Process:

Saturate a highball glass with salt, add ice, then put the tequila, followed by grapefruit juice and cinnamon water. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.

SILVER “GREEN PINEAPPLE

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces of Tequila Reserve of the Troje Withe.
  • 1 ounce pineapple juice.
  • 1 ounce lemon juice.
  • 1/2 ounce of agave nectar.
  • 5 leaves of basil.

Process:

Combine all the elements and shake them in a shaker. Garnish with pineapple and basil leaves.

Dry Direct

Ingredients:

  • 60 milliliters of Tequila Reserva de la Troje direct de alembic (DDA).
  • 5 milliliters of dry vermouth.
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters.

Preparation:

In a shaker, add ice, vermouth and stir to maximum 10 seconds. Discard the vermouth, add bitters and tequila, stir between 20 to 30 seconds.

Serve in an old fashioned glass with ice and aromatize with an orange twist.

Ultra Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of Tequila Reserve of the Troje Withe.
  • 1 ounce of Campari.
  • 1 ounce of Vermouth Dulce Carpano.
  • Two orange segments.
  • Garnish with orange peel.

Preparation:

In a shaker, add ice, vermouth and stir to maximum 10 seconds. Discard the vermouth, add bitters and tequila, stir between 20 to 30 seconds.

Serve in an old fashioned glass with ice and aromatize with an orange twist.
